Our Return Window

  • First 15 Days (Free Returns): You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund. During this window, we cover the return shipping costs.

  • After 15 Days: Returns are still accepted, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Eligibility Checklist

To ensure a full refund, please make sure your items meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • All original packaging and tags must be included.

  • Note: Returns that do not meet these standards may be subject to a restocking fee or declined.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact our support team at myteam@Plantswitch.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. Get Your Label:

    • If within the 15-day window, we will email you a prepaid shipping label immediately.

    • If past the 15-day window, please ship the items back using the carrier of your choice.

  3. Ship It Back: Pack your items securely and drop them off with the carrier.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the items. Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
